Biography
Sam Parker is an award-winning editor and journalist whose writing has appeared in the Guardian, Observer, Times and British GQ, where he works as a senior editor.
His first book, Good Anger, was published with Bloomsbury in June 2025. A blend of emotional science, psychology and history, it looks at the cost of suppressed rage and how healthy anger can improve relationships, creativity and self-esteem. It was named Non-Fiction Book of the Month by The Independent and can be ordered on Waterstones and Amazon.
Prior to working at GQ, he was as a senior editor at Penguin Random House, Esquire, The Huffington Post and BuzzFeed.
